  • Have you thought through the logistics of these two elements? Is the bride being escorted in? And if so, by whom, and do you want me to ask him/her/them the traditional question…”Who gives their blessing that this woman should marry this man?” Be as detailed as possible.
  • For example, Tim or Timothy, etc.
  • What is your comfort level when it comes to mentioning God in a few parts of the ceremony and having a simple and brief blessing for your relationship and future together? I promise to be very sensitive to this and very non-denominational.
  • How do you want to be “presented” at the end of the ceremony? Mr. and Mrs.___________, no Mr. and Mrs., just first names, or what?
  • I want you to think positive, but just in case the weather does not cooperate, what is Plan B?

  • What’s the plan on getting your Florida marriage license? They are good for 60 days from the date they are issued.
  • Is there anything that stands out about your relationship or your past together? Or is there a movie or book that best reflects your journey together?
